The Mark Spencer Hotel in Portland exceeded all expectations with its outstanding hospitality and exceptional value. The friendly and attentive staff, particularly the African-American gentleman who went above and beyond, made our stay truly memorable. The spacious and clean full-kitchen room was a delightful surprise, and the central location near popular attractions like Powell’s Books and the Alder St Food Cart Pod was ideal for exploring the city. This hotel is a definite must for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Portland.
